... all of the spending Obama is doing, is the direct result of a recovery plan... that wouldn't even be necessary, if not for Bush's failures and the failures of the Republican congress !!

Cookie....after dems took congress....by a meager 2 seats in 2006....not a damn thing was accomplished for the next two years... ...at that time, Bush wouldn't sign an autograph let alone legislation....
So the few pieces of legislation that was passed, in that 1.5 years of partisan bickering ...you would have me believe ...are the cause of all of this ?.... seriously ?.... that is your rebutle ?
