I have a Tivo DVR thats used with DirecTv satellite and in said DVR, I have it set up on 2 satellite outputs(ex. record 2 shows at once) and satellite 1 works fine with minimal to no problems at all. Satellite 2 is a different story, I've checked the signal strength and its 95% but on certain channels it cuts outs alot, so much where you can't hardly see the picture and the audio is coming through every 5 to 10 seconds. Like for instance, ESPN2 on satellite one is perfect, but on satellite 2 it cuts out like I've described above. I haven't got a chance to hook it up to a phone line and hasn't made a call in a while, could that be it? I don't think it has to do with the alignment of the dish, because there is another DVR in the house thats made by DirecTv that also has the 2 satellite setup and it works perfectly. I've checked the cables and they are all secure.
