Why are black people so envious of white people and act with such distain and animosity?

I have never been subject to such rude disgusting treatment from anyone from any other race of people as I have been by American blacks. (Detroit, Michigan). Why are they so jealous? I am nice to everybody. They seem to be so belligerent, obnoxious, boisterous, ridiculous, and only acknowledge other blacks.
