Why are black men always complaining about tyler perry films?

I understand how they don't always show black men in the most perfect light, but he doesn't show black women in the most perfect light either. Many black men were upset about the movie "for colored girls" because it made black men look bad, but it wasn't about looking bad and more so about the issues that plague the black community that people are too afraid to speak up about. You don't hear white men complaining about lifetimes television even though that channel shows them in a not so perfect light because they want the best for their families and women. If something terrible happens to a white person they want them to speak up about it and not stay silent to protect the image of "the white man" because it only affects the whole race as a whole. Why can't black men and women get that concept through their skulls?
btw i'm blocking all trolls and reporting them.
