Why are atheists so preocuppied with religion, God, and debating?

Dont you atheists get it that you are so insignificant and actually never cross the minds of the majority of theists?
....Not even theist themselves think or are as much into religion and God than you atheists.....
its true the major part of theists are just doing their own thing, they dont constantly stop like you do, to think about atheism...

Recognizing a widespread false belief can make one want to argue against it. It can also be quite entertaining.
 
The reason why they debate is b/c they have been singled out by people asking questions like this about them. Leave them alone. If they want to debate their beliefs let them. They can. It's their choice as to what they want to believe.

Who are we to judge anyone or ask questions about why anyone does anything? Yes they do think. Probably some of the best thinkers out there, why? Because they have to have a legitimate answer for religious people trying to make them feel like crap for what they believe is true. What is your obsession with Atheists anyway?

I'm just wondering? Christians or religious people do acknowledge atheists because all you hear is about them judging people saying how all these people are going to burn in the eternal pits of hell. Am I not right? Also does it not say in the bible "He who is without sin cast the first stone" None of us are in any position to judge any one because of their beliefs.

EDIT: Shouldn't we be on your mind dear Christian? Aren't you supposed to be witnessing to us? Why aren't we lost people on your mind? You only focused on getting into heaven and leaving everyone else behind?

They don't stop to think about THEISM. That's the problem. They blindly accept ridiculous claims with no hesitation. That carries over into their everyday lives, and you end up with a country or world filled with ignorant people.

Theism is a serious problem.

I'm here because studying human belief systems is a hobby of mine. Also, religious people tend to think that they should get to poke their noses into our lives, so why shouldn't we have opinions on the matter?
 
We're not. It just seems like it here on Y!A where the topic happens to be R&S. If you met us on the street, and you didn't bring up religion, odds are you wouldn't even rorecognize us. Other than the big red A the government forces us to wear!!
 
All people are of significance whether one believes in a God or not.
If you want to reach atheists or anyone for that matter, I suggest a different approach and this comes from a spiritual person who does not judge another because he believes or disbelieves.
We are all looking for answers; believers and non-believers alike.
Respect all life.

Theists, no matter how much they argue, don't even reach Atheists' sensible ideology and beliefs. :D
 
Why are you so preoccupied with provoking us by asking questions like this? We don't care whether you acknowledge us or not, but we have opinons and like to voice them and I expect you do, too.
 
because they are questioning their own beliefs [or lack of] sub-consciously. If they really didn't believe 100%, why would they waste their time debating?

I don't believe in the tooth fairy, but I don't spend hours telling others not to....
