Governments listen to the scientific community, not the box office. And how does one flawed EPA report by someone who doesn't even work in the field stack up against the tidal wave of contrary reports?

This research is not based on extrapolating temperature patterns, but the chemical composition of the atmosphere. Go the way of the ozone hole? The ozone hole is locational and still a real concern where I live.

The only consensus world-wide is that Al Gore makes a boat load of money off of pushing global warming. Is their any evidence to support his position? very little. Did he invent it to make money? very likely. If true, is global warming likely to have any significant impact in our lifetime? Hell no, but Gore will make money hand over fist.

The "consensus" on Global warming is a myth. There are just as many top scientists that do not agree with the Al Gore version as there are that do agree.

Strange isn't it? I don't understand how some feel that the right wing media and their politicians are correct while the worlds scientist are wrong. Talk about the dumbing down of America.

800-years ago, it was scientific fact that the world was flat and you could sail off the edge. 100-years ago, science told us the "negro" was intellectually inferior. 30-years ago, science told us we were subject to global cooling. Science can't explain how a bee flies... Science will say anything they get paid to say. How many of these "scientists" receive grants from their governments to postulate these warming theories, all caused by man? There are many natural causes of warming and cooling trends: ever hear of axis tilt? Science and religion are just two ways of arriving at an explainable conclusion and the fight for popular consensus to see who gets paid for it first.
