I had 5 zebra danios and 5 cherry barbs in my tank. I then added an algee eater and 4 guppies, 1 male and 3 female. 48 hours later 2 guppies were dead. Gradually all my fish are dying and now im left with only 2 danios and my algee eater. The first death happened between friday evening and saturday morning. My tank is a 20 gallon tank. All the dead fish had a colourless shredded tail and blood in there gills. I have tested the water which was fine but did a 25% water change on the safe side and added water conditioner and bacterial growth which i always add following anyway kind of water change. The petshop said its Fin rot so im adding a fin rot treatment daily as stated but the fish are still dying. Is this the actually problem or is there something else wrong?

I tested the water which was fine but i did a 25% water change to be on the safe side before i added the fin rot treatment which doesnt seem to be working.
