why americans are so blinded and believes every lies that the media tell them?

For example now,,,,most of the americans hate Ahmadinejad if you ask them why?? they will tell you he's "dictator or killer"... tomorrow IF report come from FOX, CCN, or any other majore media that say Ahmadinejad is the father of peace,,,... Don't you think Americans would believe that??
