I can make myself feel warm pretty much wherever I want.. but my head also gets hotter as well. I have been having a lot of hot flashes at night lately with the sweats. I have lost some weight in the past couple weeks but not much, if that has anything to do with it. I can literally just think about it and my limbs go warm, as well as my head. Im just curious to see what could be causing this? is it normal? should i get checked out? or just not worry about it? The girl im seeing at the moment has Raynaud's disease. Maybe thats why we get along so well haha.. Anyyy opinions or if anyone has the same experience would be nice!!
I have been able to do this for most of my life that i can remember.. But i have only been getting the hot flashes and sweats recently. Maybe i just have an abnormal amount of blood?!?!
