Why am I suddenly unable to get into a pinochle lounge? I'm on a new Acer computer

with Windows.? When I try to enter an advanced lounge, a little square with three colors inside pops up briefly in the upper left corner of the screen, then disappears. There is no message. This doesn't happen on my old computer, with Windows 98.
