why am i sore after sex?

everytime i have sex my lower region is sore to touch and sex is definetly out of the question for up to 2 to 5 days after the last time i did it, it also burns on the outside when i pee and wipe myself.

what could this be??

I have been to my doctor about cystitis as i have had it 4 times before he gave me tips to prevent it and i haven't had it since but thanks for suggesting it
