Why am I so tired???

Lately I've been feeling extremely tired, blood tests were fine apart from I found that I was anemic and now I'm taking iron for that. But I'm concerned about feeling so tired and weak even though I get more than enough sleep at night (10-12hours). I'm not sure whether to just forget about it because knowing me it's just nothing.

Also, if this is in any way related, but had a pea sized lump on my neck/enlarged lymph node for a few months. It's on the left side and doesn't move. It doesn't hurt unless you press down hard on it which I guess anything would if you pressed down hard on it.

I didn't say anything to the doctor about it because I didn't think anything of it, I went to see him about 2 months ago and I had only had the lump for about a month at the time. I thought it would go away but it won't go away or even shrink, I'd say it were a tiny bit bigger. But I don't want to seem like I'm worrying over nothing! I haven't even told my mom because I'm worried she'll think I'm making a fuss over nothing you know because she is a doctor.

I have had blood tests for:

Mono (ERS) - 9
CBC - WBC - 4.3
PVC- 0.33
HGB- 11.5
Platelets- 241
Everything but the HGB were fine, so they said I was mildy anemic but I've been taking iron for 2 months now.
Blood Glucose - 5.5 g/dL or 100mmol/L

I had a thyroid function test done which also came back normal.

I eat fine, but have lost my appetite quite a bit lately and have only lost a tiny amount of weight (5pounds)

I just think I'm overreacting but it's becoming increasingly difficult to keep up with school because I fall asleep in every class and every teacher is giving me a lot of stick for it. I don't know what to do!

The test numbers don't tell us anything. You should ask your doctor a full copy of the lab results sheet, which comes with a) The name of the test and the number afterward.
b) The further right, after the test number, where are 2 more numbers that show the range, like
Test 42, range 28-60. If you are within the range, you have nothing to worry.
About the lump. I had one two years ago on the left of my neck, but a CT scan came up normal. The doctor said it was a "variation in fat tissue thickness." But you should tell your doctor next time.

All the numbers are within the range apart from hemoglobin which like I said showed that I was anemic, the white blood cell count was normal but just because the range was 4.3 - 10.8 and I was just 4.3.
But other than that the tests for diabetes, ERS and the CBC came back normal.
But it's ok now, I've booked another appointment with the doctor to see whether there is anything more he can do about the constant, never ending fatigue.

hzave you been tested for Mono? That would be a reason for the fatigue. And there are two different strains that you can get. I know, my son had both strains within 6 months of each other and it knocked him off his feet..
