Why am I so fearful for tomorrow?

Here in Romania,tomorrow is Hero's Day and we all must go in the front of our school to celebrate it. The same the priest. It's very nice. All students must sing a song dedicated to all heroes from our country. It's beautiful but many students are going to recite poems and my best friend and I will say a poem of 8 stanzas. I will say 4 and she will say 4. I don't know why but I'm very nervous. I'm afraid that I will forget the poetry's lyrics. Do you know any remedy about how can I calm down?
 
The solution is 98 percent being well-rehearsed. Memorize it so completely that you can recite it in your sleep. One way is to just write it, over and over, but I like using a sound recording, because that gives things like the voice's tones and the rhythm. Listen to your recording over and over, then all but the last part, which you speak. Keep leaving more off the end until you're saying the whole thing.
