I don't understand it at all. I'm 18 and I'm in fairly good shape by my account (weigh 175, bench 250, mile time is under 7 minutes on average) but that doesn't seem to make any difference. My throwing speeds are pathetic for what I've witnessed in others and I can't catch to save my life. I'd say based off of how I play video games and drive a stick shift my hand eye coordination isn't bad either. I will, on occasion, have a moment where I perform unusually well at any given sport but that's only when I've been zoned out and have to react quickly, and not a skill I can recreate by my own doing.
Is there a reason why I'm so bad at sports, and is there something I can do about this? I usually don't care but I was just thrown into a gym class of several kids (who I can out perform at most strength and speed activities) who are very good at sports, and half of them like to make it painfully obvious how I'm not.
