Why am I sick so much?

hey =)

I'm an 18 year old female who has been sick a lot in the past two months...I was sick for the last week of September, all of October, and the first week and a half of November. Then I was basically better for a bit...

However, over the weekend, I got sick again.

My head hurts like none other, and my throat is bothering me, and I feel dizzy and nauseous.

What's going on with me?

I've never been one who's gotten sick a lot...I mean, I would seriously get sick like 3-4 times a year, and it would only be a little cold that would last for less than a week. This year though, I've gotten hit hard!

I've had blood work done, and everything came back normal, so there isn't really any explanation, and I would like to have one.

Ideas? What should I do? Go back to the doctor, again?

Thanks.

When you say sick, what do you mean? Do you have a fever, sore throat, etc.? You might have allergies and that can cause your immune system to be strained.

The cold, ear infection, etc. could all be started by allergies. Fall is terrible for allergies and you can develop them at any age. Has your doctor mentioned that possibility? You can help your immune system by taking a good multiple vitamin, echinacea (it's an herb), eat healthy and get a good 8 hours of sleep. I wish you well :)
