Why am I not thin. I eat right and exercise... yet..?

I eat really healthy. I'm gluten free (so no bread, pasta, cookies, anything with wheat). I also only drink water/ flavored water. I eat a lot of fruit. The only fattening thing I can think of that I eat on a regular basis is peanut butter. Occasionally I'll eat a cheesestick, but not often. I exercise everyday for about an hour, albeit not intense exercise, but it's moving.

I really don't know what else do to. I eat right and exercise. But I'm still not thin.
I'm only fifteen, so shouldn't by matabolism be somewhat okay? Whatever... I'm frustrated.
