It is not my heart , l my heart does not even have time to beat fast enenoughhen i jog !! its to the right below my breast and its very sharp to the point where i have to stop breathing or breath very slowly for it to go . I am 21 years old and 90kg. for the past 3 months , i have been walking slowly for 2 hours for the first two months and then fast walk for an hour for the last month. now , i have decided to go a bit faster. I have had doubts about my heart condition ( went to the doing, doctor told me its anxiety and muscle contractions or something, that was 3 months ago). the pain i feel when jogging is not my heart. should i stick to fast walking for the time being ? mom says that its because of the bra i wear is not good enough ??????????
