I'm 11 weeks 4 days pregnant and I woke up this morning with sharp pains right below my belly button...let's say about 3 inches below. And I'm not sure if its gas...or growing pains from the baby. Its not all the time...just random pains that last for a few seconds. I'm not bleeding at all...I almost don't even feel pregnant now. My morning sickness stopped and so did my breast tenderness and everything else. So what might it be? Any advice? Should I go to the ER just incase?
