I have recently bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with automatic 4 wheel drive. When I take the jeep on pure ice and go around a corner I will loose control pretty severely, even when going at a rather slow speed. My tires are Firestones and they are at 75% tread. I am dissapointed because I thought Jeeps are good on ice/snow, or is there something that needs to be repaired? Thanks!
In response to RiFlE: I was not expecting a Jeep to loose control worse than a car on ice, that is why I am concerned. I should be able to take a corner slowly without loosing control.
Would it be a good idea to add extra weight in the back? If so, how much weight?
