Why am i having abdominal pains? Answer please. No children or jokes.?

Iv had very painful pains in my ovaries, i cant stand up when this happens, pain during sex.
Irregular periods and brown periods.
Sometimes i dont have a preiod for months, sometimes i have them weekly. I stopped taking the 'pill' as i'm concerned its not helping this problem.
I haven't got a doctors appointment untill tuesday next week so please don't say 'go the doctors'.
Just some info would be helpful.
Could it be PCOS, or a cist???
