why am i growing weird?

ok i am a 13 year old girl and i started my period about 2 years ago and i have big boobs and i have a lot of hair down there lol and i have curves on my body and i shave but its weird cuz im growing like that but im not getting any taller... i am 4'10 why am i not growing in height? and i am happy with my short height i just wanna know why my heights not increasing lol
