Why am I going to the gym 6 days a week and not losing any weight?

I joined the gym about 3 months ago. I have probably lost a total of 10 pounds in those 3 months. I am not able to lose anymore weight for about 2 weeks now. I actually have gained 1-2 pounds.

I do an hour of cardio and then strength training for about a half hour to 45 minutes ever single morning.

I am not eating like a pig. Less then I was.

I need some guidance into why I cannot lose anymore weight!!! please help me out!

I am trying to lose about 30 pounds and I am working out really hard. I use the elliptical for my cardio each day.

I did not want to add this information but I started at 215 and I am now 205. I go to 206 one day to 205 to 207. What is the problem. I cannot get passed 200. ugh!!!!
