why am i getting pain in my stomach still after my gull bladder operation mainly when i eat anything i get very bad pain its been 3 weeks now since my operation why do i still get bad pain when eating something

You may have a stone stuck in the bile duct that was not found at time of gallbladder surgery.

Did they put a camera down your throat to check for a stone in the bile duct?

Are you eating a soft diet or did you go back to eating anything you want? Best to take it easy on food until your body has a chance to adjust to digesting food without the gallbladder. Digestion of fats will be difficult for a while.

I had my gallbladder removed exactly 7 days ago, I have ate all the things I ate before with no pain yet I do get pain if I eat too much, I don't seem to be able to eat the amount of food I ate before.
I get bloated quite quickly and certainly can't eat large portions.

Also My wound above my belly button has become infected bah :(

Had my gallbladder out 9 weeks ago and still having diarrhea. It happens about a half hour after eating anything. Even yogurt starts the process and the stool is usually green still. I can't eat much at a time either. I get too full and it hurts! and can't eat at work at all or I'd be in the bathroom. Imodium sometimes helps but lately that isn't working well either. I have a shortened bowel so I guess thats compounding the problem.
