Why am I getting dizzy spells and hot flashes when I have good blood pressure?

I'm a 20yr old female and I've been having dizzy spells, hot flashes and horrible migraines for the past 3-4 days. I have had this happen in the past, but it suddenly came back, with a vengeance. I don't have high or low blood pressure, I'm not diabetic, not pregnant and I eat as well as I can. I do have what you could consider hypoglycemia I guess, and I get shaky and dizzy when I don't eat. But, it's not that, it's whenever I move, or even when I'm just sitting and turn my head or reaching for something. I'm kind of worried cause it happens a lot when I'm going up or down my stairs. Any clues or answers? Or at least anything I can work with to talk to my physician about?

Maybe it is your hormones. Suggest that to the Doc. Good luck with the problem but I would get it checked out.

Everything you have described sounds like me, except I do have high blood pressure. It might be possible that you suffer from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo or BPPV. If you google BPPV, you'll find more information about it.
