This has me baffled and a little suspicious. The address is my home address and the intended recipient is a previous owner who hasn't lived in the house for AT LEAST fifteen years. I bought the house from a family who bought the house from him. Anyway, this is the first year I started getting his election mail. Is this some freak error, or did his ghost move in unannounced? Or even worse, does this smell like fraud? I'm just wondering if anyone else had this experience, and no I didn't vote his ballot in case anyone was wondering.
Why am I getting another person's ballots mailed to me?
