I'm 17 years old, Female, Caucasian and I am neither under nor over weight. I'm usually a healthy girl with no allergies - and only on medication for migraine control (pitzotifen 1.5mg)
In the past 4 days a rash has developed on my abdomen and chest. It isn't itchy nor painful. I have not changed anything in my diet - nor have I changed soaps, body washes, hair dyes, makeup, perfume etc etc. Nothing has changed! I also haven't been abroad, nor am I under any sort of stress.
I've done the "glass pressure" test for meningitis and my rash disappears under the pressure of the glass.
Recently I've been having a lot more headaches, I've been having short dizzy spells randomly throughout the day with no cause (they last about 4 - 5 seconds) and my neck has also been stiff.
My mother is currently suffering from MRSA but I have not been in direct contact with her, and our family doctor said it should be fine as long as I wash my hands frequently.
I went to visit my GP yesterday concerning my rash and headaches coming back - he's unsure of what the rash is caused by, said it didn't look serious at all and wasn't MRSA related. He thought it could have been chicken pox, but isn't sure why the rash isn't itchy. It's also not Shingles because the rash isn't painful. Concerning my headaches he's sending me for an MRI scan and I've had blood tests done.
If anybody has any idea of what could be wrong with me - please help!
