I started an exercise routine 4 days ago by walking 50 mins in 6am in the morning or, 7-8pm at night.
Yesterday morning, I was 97lbs, and after I went for a walk (fast paced) I came home and weighed myself again. I was 100lbs...
I went to sleep thinking that it would probs go down again the next day but my weight is still the same at 100lbs.
How is this even possible??
If it helps, I used to exercise around 2 years ago by religiously walking, jump rope and doing stretches at home then I stopped because I lost too much weight and became too obsessive.
So, for 2 years I've done no exercise, I'm very very inactive, I don't overeat (5-6 small meals a day), and I get really tired easily after I workout...meaning I don't have much muscles (?).
If it helps, I'm 17, 5 ft 3 and I just want to reach 92 lbs. That's my ultimate goal, and I don't wish to go any lower than that.
