i'm not fat or whatever, i weight like 94 pounds and im 17 and 5'2''
but i always feel insecure about my arms. i always feel it is fat and i dont wanna wear sleeveless because of that. whenever i wear sleeveless, i always feel people will be watching my arms and im scared people will think that i'm fat.
. what should i do to stop thinking like this? it is bothering me. :'(
