Why all the fuss about north korea testing out their nukes?

why is obama and everybody trying to mess with north korea if they want to test and build nukes let them nobody was messing with america when we was making nukes or when we actually used them on japan.do people want to start a war with north korea im sorry i dont follow politics and stuff like that but i dont see why america doesnt want other countries to haev nukes when we all know we probally making nukes as we speak.
 
I think it has to do with N Korea openly selling arms to terrorist sponsoring nations, like Lebanon.

But if you don't care about things like that, maybe I can make some fast cash boosting Charles Manson out of jail and selling him a few guns and bus tickets to your neighborhood.
