Why African -Americans are so overrepresented but they still complain?

They are only 14 or 15% of the country but they want black president,more black doctors more black actors more black lawyers more black mayors more black governors even blacks in Nascar and winter sports or swimming they demand no matter if they are talented or not!
NBA is 75% black , NFL is 65% black
IS NOT THIS LIKE SOUTH AFRICA APARTHEID THAT A MINORITY WANNA RULE THE MAJORITY?
