If I get this straight, Hilary Clinton now decides which foreign countries get financial aid and how much they get. At the same time, foreign countries are being courted by the Clinton Foundation for monetary donations. If that is not a huge conflict of interest.....Obama is given a lot of latitude, as he should, but come on.......who's watching the hen house?

Believe it or not the news media will turn on her like sharks if they smell blood.But it will really be up to the citizens to watch the hen house.
