Ernie hands down.
He's professional, and his nerdiness is funny. He won an emmy also. I think him and Chuck have had more chemistry over the years. I remember in the mid 2000s Ernie use to get so frustrated with Barkley when he cut him off and when he said stupid things. Now he is use to Barkley's brash sense of humor. And he has gotten use to the fact that Barkley will continue to cut him off when he speaks lol. I think Ernie leads the crew better and does a better overall job.
Additional: Stew's personality and style is extremely common in the way he delivers things. Ernie is way more unique.
