You are not telling the truth because you don't know the facts.

The facts are this mess has been brewing since the 70s. The fact is more regulation, more taxes, and expanding government caused this.

The fact is we can't afford this government anymore, and we consume more than we make.

The fact is you are wrong, and are blaming part of the symptom. The other part of the symptom is Republicans.
 
For John who commented about Clinton: Prosperity came under Clinton thanks to a strong Republican presence in Congress...and eventually Republican control.
 
I know Democrats like to blame every thing on Bush but the cold hard truth is : The last time Bush and the Republicans had control of Congress 2006' The economy was the best it has been in 47 years! Unemployment was at a low 3.4% Gas prices where $2.10 a gallon Now Democrats take control of congress and immediately start to raise taxes and forcing loan companies make housing loans they knew would default .Now look at the numbers today .Recession,coming close to the worst economy since the Depression which we are soon to be in .Unemployment is now a unbelievable 9.7% and rising! Gas prices $2.70 a gal. And rising .And the stimulus bills past have done nothing except make some Congressmen rich while bankrupting are children's future. This is not a opinion this is all factual. So who is telling the truth?
