Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha !

Hi betty s/nikoly -

I am, I am . . . hehe . .

I have often participated in Polka . . and studied awhile with the local "Whirlaway" Square Dance club . . .

It's good to broaden your knowledge, and understanding of different Dance Styles, and often - the type of Culture accosiated with it.

The Dance is all different, the Music is all different . . . the people - all different (in some ways only) . . . it's a wonderful exposure to Culture!

In addition - square dancing is rigorous exercise!!!

Square Dancer's can cover up to 12 MILES a NIGHT!!!!!
That's exercise!!

Polka - with it's triple rhythm - Wow - that's a work out too!! A real Cardio work-out!

Both are such fun, wholesome Dances - and the music is SO lively!

You just can't help - but have fun and smile big!

Bye the way betty s/nikoly - I'm 52 . . . . probably why I'm familiar with them.

Kindest regards - and keep on Dancing!
