i thought it was just road signs, which is good in my opinion as we have far too many. we dont need signs to tell us theres a bend in the road. we can see the bloody bend. we dont need signs to tell us theres traffic lights ahead. we can see the lights. they are on red and all the traffic has stopped. we are treated like idiots. but to answer your question. i think its the sort of thing itinerants do. so to point a politically incorrect finger, i would say gypsies and immigrants.
