Whos had negative urine, but positive blood tests, is this possible?

These are my symptoms
? Implantation bleeding 6-8 DPO
Missed period - Day 37 today
Negative Urine Pregnancy Test x 3
Nausea
Dizziness
Bloating
Butterfly cramps in my belly

Going to get a blood test at the doctors today.

But I am Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences. And if so why would a Urine test be showing negative if you were truly pregnant.
 
Yes you can get negative hpt, and be pregnant.
Sometimes the hormone levels are a bit low for the urine test to detect it... so a blood test will do it.

When are you taking the urine tests? Your pee may be too diluted and that's effecting the test results. Also, it is possible, that the tests you are using need a higher amount of the pregnancy hormone. All tests are different. Some are more sensitive than others. Blood tests can read the hormone levels much earlier than in urine, so your urine levels may still be too low.
