While naming chemical formulas I had a problem.
Copper (II) Nitride
Lead (IV) Oxide
I assumed it was Cu(2+) and N(3-) and once you switch them around you get Cu3N2. But the correct answer is Cu3N. What am I doing wrong???
And also I thought it was Pb(4+) and O(2-) to be Pb2O4, but the correct answer is PbO2.
I'm so confused, if anyone could explaining the right way, thanks in advance!
