T-Mobile bought out suncomm.

T-mobile bought out Voicestream 7 years ago...this is very old news.

I read an article in RCR Wireless News that said the long-term 4G goal of both Sprint and T-Mobile would be to use LTE (Long Term Evolution) as a standard. So if tmo and sprint will eventually use LTE...then in the long-run it makes sense.

no one is buying t-mobile, however the rumor was DT (T-Mobile's parent company )was thinking about purchasing Sprint.

The rumor to that was Sprint would become t-mobile making t-mobile the largest carrier in the states with a very strong 3g network.

the other options were DT sell t-mobile since they use to own part of sprint before they picked up voicestream
