There are many drunkards and touts hanging in the vicinity of Monorail area ( Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Brickfileds) where is an eyesore for tourist. At the back lane of Jalan Tun Sambanthan, daily a few drunkards collecting M$1.00 per car from motorist. Because of these drunkards and beggars, DBKL is losing a lot of parking revenue from this area. The drunkards like little Napoleons has taken over many parking lots in Brickfields as their own property. Can I know to whom to contact in DBKL or Welfare? I dint understand what Datuk Saravanan is doing sitting in his air con office?
Whom to complain about these nonsence?
