...of businesses in a city? I would prefer Excel, XML or SQL, but basically a digital format, not a PDF or hard copy of business names and mailing addresses. If there are online services that have a Web API, then that would be acceptable as well. It doesn't necessarily have to be free.
Who would I ask if I wanted to obtain a downloadable directory listing (spreadsheet)...
