This case was about Commandclem, a company claiming invention of special paint for use in offshore oil actities which is used by Mobil Producing Nigeria and other oil companies. Commandclem claims that for its invention, mobil had agreement with it to pay $2/barrel of Mobil oil production in nigeria. Apart from the royalty claim, Commandclem also was asking the court to affirm its right for patent having been granted patent by nigeria in 1999. I want to know whether the court of appeal actually affirmed its right for patent and that of royalty. I would be glad if the court case could be emailed to me. Thank you.
