The other day, somebody backed in to my car leaving a good size dent. The insurance claims said we'd be getting a $1100 check (yay!) However, since technically, the car belongs to my boyfriend (It's titled and registered in his name) will the check be written out to him? (I was the driver) I want it to be written out to him, but didn't know how this process would work (I am an added driver on his insurance so I was driving it legally)
