Who will pay for barber school? The only school around doesn't accept financial aid...?

I live in Newburgh N.Y. . Which is Orange county.. I'm stuck...I've been cutting hair for 15 yrs ,just never needed a lisence where i live. I want to move out of state and I will be needing one..
