just wondering who do you think was the worst dictators in history..

Dictator and cult of personality of NK commited famine and killed oppostion
Sung also got funded by china and soviet union

- Mengistu Haile Mariam
evil man who got funded by cuba and soviet union

- Joseph Stalin
brutal dictator of soviet union

- Nero
a brutal roman dictator

- Saddam Hussein
committed many atrocities against the Kurds and the shites, invaded Iran, then Kuwait
 
It depends what how you define "the worst". It seems you've taken a "the worst kind of phhysical thing done" definition. I'd probably say hitler.
