I would chose GW Bush (most previous one) as he seems uneducated and made some bad decisions which resulted in almost 5000 American US Military pointless deaths while he keeps on smiling as if its still a joke or something.
 
I think you are fixated on GW Bush. What will you do should your boy Barry royally screw the pooch, more than he has already?

By the way, Jimmy Carter was a much bigger failure than you claim Bush to have been.

10 million unemployed, double digit inflation, weaker nation, higher poverty, low GDP, high debt, gas crisis made by windfall taxes...

Bush only gave us 6.7 million unemployed, a reccesion not created by him, 5% inflation, poverty, safer nation, stronger military, liberated two nations, his charity-the most in American history or any administration has saved thousands of lives...
