And then went on to get arrested for pill-popping oxycodone and hydrocodone, and then get caught a second time with extra-strength viagra that belonged to someone else?

I think that's the quote. but I think he got with the ACLU, and managed to beat the rap. Who was that?

Rush got addicted to a prescription pain killer.
Maybe you could direct your outrage towards the pharmaceutical companies. They push many drugs that are addictive, and even harmful to people. Ambien would be one. THen there is the issue or all the medical professionals who ruin children with the ritalin and others for ADD, which all of a sudden became an epidemic when the drug companies invented the meds to treat it.
Rush is a human being and is susceptible to mistakes, just like the rest of us.
Give it a break, stop the hating, get a life.
