wall in front of him? Changing to a lower gear and giving it the throttle trying to push the car that was sliding along the wall out of his way?

I remember watching this happen and listening to the in car audio. I ask this because a year or so ago Ted Musgrave was suspended for doing the exact same thing! I already deleted the race on my DVR or I would go back and look.
