Why, oh why, do they put rows of buttons up the back of outfits for an infant that has to spend most of its time on its back? And why would I want big collars on sleepers and rompers that will get soaked with drool and spit up? And don't even get me started on dresses, which constantly hike up under the poor babies armpits while you carry her.
How about this: Dresses that are attached to onsies or romper type clothes, with all necessary buttons either on the front or on the shoulders. No collars. Ever.
On rompers, either button the whole way down the front, or put buttons on both shoulders so you can pull the outfit up from baby's feet instead of yanking all that material down over a floppy newborn head.
Attach snaps to the sides of shirt/pant outfits so the shirt doesn't ride up under baby's arms when he/she's carried.
NO itchy dumb material, only soft cottony things and fleece.
Long sleeves on baby girl holiday dresses- what's with all the sleeveless out there??? They aren't interested in showing off their shoulders yet people, they just want to be warm!!
So, who's with me?
