Who should I satart i fantasy week 2 2011 Tony Romo or Philip Rivers?

Tony Romo plays the 49ers, which I don't think have a good passing defense, but Rivers plays the Patriots, who let up 400 yards throwing to Chad Henne. Romo has Austin and Bryant to throw to, whiile all Rivers has is Jackson.
