...or Owner of garage ? Who should bear the repair cost of ceiling/flooring/painting of ceiling/flooring/painting : Housing Society or Owner


The open garage is the by product of the foundation of the building and therefore it should be properly repaired by the housing society and not by the owner of the garage But few members insist that garage are ownership therefore it is responsibility of owner to bear the repair cost of ceiling/flooring/painting and not society, how ever open parking space in the open ground , society would bear the total cost , what type of rule Should society frame ?
 
The owner is responsible for all repairs and damages from regular wear and tear. Unless it is in writing that the person renting out of property is responsible, the owner is to make sure the property is in a working and safe condition.
